This special Rena Travel route invites you to discover the hidden treasures of Anatolia, where history is carved into stone. Over the course of three days, this journey immerses you in both cultural riches and breathtaking natural landscapes, uniting you with Kemaliye’s distinctive architecture and the UNESCO-recognized splendor of Divriği.

We take a step back in time in Apçağa Village, feel the pulse of nature in the Dark Canyon, walk along the Stone Road, and pause in awe at the intricate stonework of the Great Mosque of Divriği. As we sense the Seljuk spirit in the historic madrasas of Sivas, every stop on this route becomes a step through time.

PRE-REGISTRATION
Day 1 – Istanbul – Erzincan / Kemaliye
  • Flight from Istanbul Airport to Erzincan Yıldırım Akbulut Airport with Turkish Airlines
  • Meeting with the guide and transfer vehicle at the airport, transfer to Kemaliye
  • Arrival in Kemaliye and panoramic introductory tour
  • Kemaliye city tour: Stone Road (Taş Yolu)
  • Walk along the Path of Manis (Mani Yolu)
  • Visit to Apçağa Village
  • Kemaliye Cultural House
  • Free time in the afternoon for a stroll through the local market
Day 2 – Kemaliye & Dark Canyon
  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Surroundings tour of Kemaliye: Visit to Sırakonak Village
  • Visit to the village that inspired Ahmet Kutsi Tecer’s poem “There’s a Distant Village”
  • Exploration of historical stone houses and cultural heritage
  • Optional boat tour in Dark Canyon (extra cost)
  • Local product shopping
  • Full day of nature and cultural exploration with free time
Day 3 – Kemaliye – Divriği – Sivas – Istanbul
  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Early morning departure for Divriği
  • Visit to Divriği Grand Mosque and Hospital (Ulu Cami ve Darüşşifa) – UNESCO World Heritage Site

    Atatürk and Congress Museum
