Meet at Istanbul Airport at 08:00. After baggage, ticketing, and passport procedures, depart for Munich at 10:05 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1641, arriving at 11:45 local time. After a 2-hour layover, depart for Reykjavik at 14:05 with Icelandair flight FI 533, arriving at 16:00 local time. Transfer to our hotel by private coach. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast and check-out, we begin our Reykjavik city tour. Highlights include Hallgrimskirkja Church, Harpa Concert Hall, the Old Harbor, the Sun Voyager sculpture, Tjörnin Lake, City Hall, and the lively shopping street Laugavegur.
In the afternoon, we board the Celebrity Silhouette, our home for the week. Following orientation, the ship sets sail at 19:00. Dinner, entertainment, and overnight on board.
Enjoy a full day at sea aboard the Celebrity Silhouette, offering 7 restaurants, countless bars and cafes, Broadway-style shows, a casino, sports facilities, a real grass lawn, duty-free shops, and endless entertainment. Indulge in onboard activities or unwind at the spa.
Dock in Seydisfjordur, one of East Iceland’s most charming villages. Discover its colorful houses, Blue Church, Rainbow Street, Tvisöngur Sound Sculpture, and scenic fjords surrounded by mountains. Depart at 18:00.
Arrive in Akureyri, Iceland’s second largest city. Visit the Akureyri Church, Botanical Garden, and Art Museum. Enjoy a visit to a geothermal pool for relaxation. Return to the ship in the evening. Dinner, entertainment, and overnight on board.
Dock in Isafjordur, known as the hidden gem of the Westfjords. Visit the old harbor, historic fishing houses, and enjoy the panoramic views from Troll’s Seat. Keep an eye out for puffins, seals, and dolphins!
Enjoy a full day at sea as the ship cruises back toward Reykjavik. Take advantage of the ship’s amenities or simply relax and take in the views.
Dock in Reykjavik and explore the city in more detail. Optional tours and shopping on Laugavegur Street. Dinner and overnight on board.
Disembark from the Celebrity Silhouette and transfer to the airport. Depart at 11:00 with Icelandair flight FI 506 to Amsterdam, arriving at 16:15. After a 2-hour layover, depart at 18:20 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1954 to Istanbul, arriving at 22:55. Welcome back!
